Beijing Radio and Television University (BTVU) is an Adult Higher Education University under subjection of Beijing Municipal Education Commission. Chinese Center is the special agency of offering Chinese language and culture for foreign students as well as Hong Kong and Macao.

Established in 1995 and with the fine campus environment, the center is equipped with modern facilities and staffed by experienced teachers with pure Chinese Putonghua.
