Enrollment on
Study and Tour Class (Group-organized Study)
I. Object of enrollment
According to one's willing and standard of Chinese language, observing
the law of P.R.C. and rules of the university, and assuring the
subscribed expenses, anyone between the age of 15 to 65 is capable
for application.
II. Contents features
◆ Small class taught -- 8 to 12 students with 2 to 3 teachers
◆ Varied levels -- from the very beginner to the professional
◆ Flexible courses -- Chinese Basis, Listening and Speaking in Chinese,
Phonetic Discrimination, Reading and Writing in Chinese, News Reading,
Proverbs and Allusions, Folk Culture, Chinese Calligraphy and Drawing
etc.
◆ Advanced teaching method – considering student’s personal characteristics,
taught by contact teaching, visiting and practice; making full use
of audio and video equipment, providing abundant AV materials.

Note:
1. This is just a sample. When operating the program, the arrangement
could be negotiated by the two parties.
2. About accommodation: double and single room is available and
equipped with toilet (with bathtub), air-conditioner, TV, internet and fitness equipment.
3. Standard of charge for the year 2006 (group-organized study,
at least 10 persons)
Application Fee: CNY250/person
Fees for Study, Common touring and accommodation:CNY1900/person/week
(fees may differ from different programs)
III. Application procedures
1. The applicant can ask for the Application
for Study in China, Chinese Center, BTVU via contacting
the Chinese Center Office directly and submit the completed application form
back to the Chinese Center. The group-enrolled students should contact the
Chinese Center one month ahead of time, and provide the personal information
including name, gender, age and Chinese standard etc.
2. Upon the receipt of the application form, the Chinese Center will mail the Admission Notification to the applicant, and then he can
come to sign up on time.
